Dear Valued Customer,

To ensure a smooth ‘move in’, please complete this E-Form Atleast before 2 working days. Please attach all relevant documents as mentioned below to avoid delay in processing your application. If your application has been approved, you will receive your Move In confirmation by email from one of our Staffs. Please be assured that any information you give us will remain confidential.

You will need to have the following documents to complete this E-Form

1. For Landlord,

1. Copy of Title Deed.
  • ID proof (Valid Emirates ID or Passport)
  • If company then Valid Trade License copy
  • Utility Registration (AC/Hot water/Cold Water)* If Applicable
  • Fit-out completion certificate from the Zoning Authority (Only Office/Retail)
2. For Tenant,
  • Valid Ejari Contract
  • Copy of Title Deed
  • Valid ID proof (Emirates ID or Passport)
  • If company then Valid Trade License copy
  • Utility Registration (AC/Hot water/Cold Water)* If Applicable
  • Fit-out completion certificate from the Zoning Authority (Only Office/Retail)
3. Payments,

  • Access cards / remotes may be charged extra
  • Security Cheque of up to AED 3000* (shall be returned back upon move in is completed without any damages)*

4. Mandatory Utility Registration IF Managed BY PCM

  • upon completing you will be directed to the registration form
